Scouting Assignment Questions

I want my scouts to only focus on NHL Entry Draft player for a few months before the draft.
I think the way to do this is to:
Right Click -> Assign Job
Only select Use Draft Eligibility and Choose NHL Entry Draft in the drop down. Do not select anything else.
Set Length of Assignment to the # of weeks until the draft then the scouts will be freed after the draft?

1) Am I missing anything?
2) Is there a was to set all of my scouts to this?

Once a players is in my system do I still have to scout to keep level an A?

You may want to have them prioritize quality over quantity, that'll focus the scouting on the best players (i.e. the ones most likely to be taken) first. Other than that, you're good. The scouts have to all be set individually right now, there's no way to copy assignments from one to another (but that's not a bad idea.)

You do have to keep scouting them to maintain the A level, it'll gradually decline over time - but in the timeframe you're talking about here, with just a few months before the draft, it won't be that noticeable.

But you do have to select region/league for each scout, right?
