Arena Baseball 18

I finally dredged off my old Arena Baseball file from a few years back, now that I'm digging into OOTP for a few weeks until I get bored with it again.

The league is a blast. For it to work, you need to create a folder in your saved_games folder called Arena Baseball.lg and extract the contents of the zip file to your folder and then load the file.

It's two conferences of 16 teams each. Regular season is now just 42 games, which is down from what it was earlier -- needed to tweak -- the current year is 2018.

It probably needs a bigger tweak of the jerseys and team names in the future, but I don't have time for that now (so feel free to fork the league if you wanna)
