Why are my SP playing field positions, never did before?
I've been playing PP19 since the begging and NEVER had SP playing field positions, now last 5 or so games my starting pitchers are all playing field positions.

Sometimes a pitcher is also a position player but you can turn this off in Player Strategy. But it sounds like you have more than one? That is odd...

Along the same vein, why is my pitcher hitting in PT. Answer, he can hit as the DH.

It happened to me as well --
I had a SP listed as my team's 3rd best 3rd Baseman on the Player Development Depth Chart screen, yet he had terrible hitting ratings and awful defense. It even stuck him into a game as a defensive replacement once. |
