ERROR please help

the error is:

DATABASE::load_database - could not load players file

is there anyway to recover this league and or files and use it?

Are you using 9.2.13? Are you getting this error when trying to load one particular league, or with any league you try to open?

I am using using 9.2.13

I got a very similar error, however, mine indicated it could not load world file. This is my first attempt to load this league since switching to 9.2.13

Am I out of luck with this league or can this be fixed???

Enforcer, if it is just one league that is affected, then likely one of your saved game files is corrupt and you likely will be out of luck without a backup.

How large is your players.dat file in your .lg saved game folder?

royalblue5, you might have a little more luck with the world.dat file, but I'm not sure. You could try making a backup of your current world.dat file, then copying a world.dat file from another league into your .lg saved game folder to see if that will work. A few of the .dat files are interchangable and not really league specific unless you did some editing, but I can't recall if this is one of them.
