is there any way to isolate a league from the world

I'd love to make a fictional Sledge Hockey League but I don't think I can do that in a universe with an NHL

Not quite sure what you mean? When you create a fictional league, it is by itself and separated already. Or you mean you would like this fictional league to be together with NHL in the same save? At this moment, I don't think you can combine a fictional league with a real world league.

Make it so that players in league A stay in that league and never cross over

Unhappy

Got it. I was testing something with player rights, basically manually editing some players so their "right" in other leagues becomes None instead of Free. I assume this means they can only sign with teams in the current league.

Been simulating for a while and havne't seen any of them move to other leagues yet. Maybe you can try that. The downside is that there is no easy way to set it at league level (as far as I know) so I was doing this for each player, grrrrrrrr.

Fictional mode is probably best suited for this.

The fictional game only features your pro league and then optional minor and junior leagues. So if you're creating a new universe in the fictional game, there's nowhere for players TO go besides the pros.

I think what Cole is TRYING to do is create a sub league in association with the NHL and keep it where ONLY the NHL players stay at the NHL and his league also stays where they are at. If so I don't think that is possible yet.
