Story Line Left hanging

Last season one of my players wanted to start a charity. So we went all in. Since then I have heard nothing about the charity, or the money. I know it is a relatively small issue, but if your going to have story lines there should be some follow up.

I have had this story multiple times before (at least twice I can remember), and every time it was brought to completion within a few months. It usually ends with a thank you letter from the player basically saying he will sign a hometown discount contract when he is up for extension. I'm unsure why you have not seen the follow-ups. My guess would be a bug/glitch, or perhaps you accidentally deleted it, as I did the first time it happened to me. I was able to recover the email by loading my backup save.
