license trouble

Im well into my ootp 20 season and suddenly when I launch my game it wants my activation key every time. When entered it says it isn't on the server. It works fine if I do it offline...whats going on?

Okay, did some reading and decided I need to provide more info. I've been on vacation for 2 weeks off grid. I played many hours without internet connection. I bought before June 30th.

I know I downloaded the correct version. Not sure what to try. I have the fastspring version

Having the correct install for your license is the first thing to verify. E-sellerate license codes generally start with OOTP20-xxx while fastspring codes will look different. I would double-check that you have the correct version for your license code. The different versions are here: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=305558

If you bought prior to June 20 then you most likely have an e-sellerate version, so should make sure to download that version for licensing. If you are still running into troubles, I would suggest filing a support ticket (https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/ootpdevelopments/home) and we can look up in more details the license information if there's still issues.
