New City Baseball (NCBL) continues its expansion plan- Needs 1 owner

Hi folks,

The New City Baseball League (NCBL: http://www.hugginsweb.net/ootp/ncbl.html) has been slowly expanding over the course of the past few years. We are currently just past the All-Star break in the year 2008 and I want to get the new owners in place before the end of the season. We have one new owner and are in need of one more for the 2009 campaign.

We need one new owner to take the reigns of an expansion club. You can locate the franchise where you'd like but it cannot be a current MLB city (no Boston's NY's etc.) The new club will be placed in the National League. This is a very active league and we have not missed a sim since we started back in 2002 with OOTP4.

Our league format is as follows:

OOTP5 w/ latest patch
-Fictional Teams
-Fictional Players
-We sim 2 weeks every M/W/F/and Sunday nights so things move along at a fairly brisk pace.
-No DH (AL and NL)
-We use coaches
-All scouts set to Average
-With expansion this year, we now use the wild card
-85 mil cap
-6 round live Amateur draft via Mirc
-Expansion teams will partake in the Ex draft on Mirc
