"Offer MiLB contract" bugs

Offering an MiLB contract via the mass-offering from the context menu currently overwrites any offer you have to a player that isn't an MiLB deal with no signing bonus. If the player already has an MiLB / $0 offer from your team, it says they can't get a new one, but any superior offer (IE, any major league contract, MiLB deal with ML option, or MiLB deal with signing bonus) is immediately overwritten.

It also allows a workaround to players being unwilling to negotiate with your team because you've previously cut them or angered them in the negotiation process by not meeting their demands. A player who flat-out will not negotiate with you, "I'm sorry, but I will not negotiate with you any further. We seem to be too far apart.", but would otherwise sign an MiLB deal if one were offered by another team, will frequently sign with you if you force-feed him an MiLB offer via the context menu.
