Roster Strategy Settings
I'm confused on editing the overall roster strategy for GMs and coaches. It would make sense that if you want to favor prospects, you make the bar coming from that side longer. But it would also make sense that you put the marker closer to the one they favor the most. So which is it? If they was an opposite colored bar coming from the other side I think it would make more sense and you just fill up the bar that is the more favored...

If you want to favor prospect you have to move the bar to the right.

When there are two metrics (choices) on a bar graph, you always have to take both sides into account. Whatever you choose is more of one and less of the other. "Filling up the bar" increases only one metric at a time when there is only one metric on the bar, not when there are two. So, if the bar ONLY said favor prospects, then one side would be less and the other side more for that single metric. Since it has favor prospects on one side and favor veterans on the other, the choice is more of one and less of the other.

Ignore the colors. The closer the dot is to either side indicates that side is favored and by how much (closer to the side is a significant favor; closer to the middle is a slight favor). The line in the middle indicates neutral, which means neither side is favored over the other.
