Facegen generation help?

So I've been noticing in my saves that when a player joins a new team through trade or free agency or being called up, their facegen picture doesnt change to them with their new team's uniform on. So basically it just looks like a mess with a some players wearing their old teams unis or wearing their AAA unis and it just breaks the immersion. I've tried re-generating all player facegens through the game settings but it doesnt seem to do anything. The only solution I have seen is to just generate a new picture for every player manually by going into the editor and giving them an entirely new face, which again breaks the immersion.

So basically, is there a way to fix this, or am i just gonna have to deal with it? Thank you in advance

Haven't seen this problem before. Check your settings in league setup on the facegen tab.

Bumping because this is still an issue 2 seasons later. A guy is still wearing the unis of the team he was with 2 years ago and has since switched teams twice.

I have this exact same issue as well, however on OOTP16. Ironically one of the players facegen was fine, now suddenly his facegen is of him in the AAA affiliate jersey which he hasn't played for in 4 in game years. So bugger if I know what has happened.Have literally tried all the fixes I could find. Deleting the contents of profile/player picture folders (resulted in nothing showing where player picture should be), playing around with facegen settings (no changes), force updating all pictures (no changes). League settings weren't a problem for me either ^

Like you wallewalls, I'd love to find a fix to this somehow.

This happens to me also. if i reload their facegen it will update to the current team.

I have a problem loading my game, it says: The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version. Can you help?

I also have weird stuff happening with my facegens. Old, outdated uniforms, or the grey/anonymous uniforms that normally only go on unsigned guys. Then, randomly, I also have a guy with a real photo instead of a facegen.

I've tried hitting the on-demand facegen button but nothing seems to change. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

Gonna bump and see if anyone can see something wrong with my settings. I still get tons of guys with either no picture or an old picture or (rarely) an actual photo of a real-life guy.

Am I missing something with my settings here?

I noticed something else - some guys have weird pictures when you mouse over a name, but maybe have the right pictures when you go to their profile?
