Export Team via FTP error 201

I am a commissioner attempting to set up an online league, but the GMs in my league are reporting trouble when they attempt to Export Team via FTP. They are receiving Error 201, the connection error. However, in my Online League Settings, my test for Team File Transfer Options is successful. Furthermore, when I attempt to both Export Team via FTP and Import Team via FTP under my own GM account, it is successful.

Does anyone have an idea as to why the GMs are encountering this problem, and if there is any action needed either on my part or theirs to remedy this?

Accounts Data file is messed up. Gotta have that accounts data file into the settings folder for the league for them to export.

Yes, I already have accountsdata_commish.dat & accountsdata_gms.dat are both in the settings folder. I'm using OOTP14, so on the Online League Settings menu, there is no checkbox option available for "Save FTP account data for team file upload in league file" as I presume there had been for earlier versions of the game.

Each of your GM's need to download that file and put that in their settings folder.
