One game shy of my first World series since PT19. If I win this game, I'll beat a second boosted club in a row...and the team who win the other conference beat two big clubs too with an average but well constructed team like mine (F2P club).
Finger crossed! |

The Nation of John Cena entered the playoffs looking to reach there fourth world series in a row and claim there third straight championship in gold league. For the first time ever they didn't have the best record in baseball, as Manchester United decided to focus on baseball rather than soccer, and as expected did very well claiming the top spot in the league. We had to settle for second.
In the divisional series it did not look good for The Nation of John Cena as we fell behind 2-0 in the series. However as our lord and savior John Cena always says "Never give up". We took John Cena's mantra to heart and won the next three games to take the series 3-2. In the next round we met our biggest challenge, Manchester United. In the regular season they had won 5 of our 7 matchups. Manchester took a 2-1 series lead. However, we hit them with an attitude adjustment and won the next three games to take the series 4-2. The next stop was the finals, and the opponents the Washington Senators couldn't see us, as we swept them in style 4 games to 0. The Nation of John Cena showed our prophet John Cena Hustle Loyalty and Respect throughout the season to claim our third straight championship. Last edited by Canadaleaf; 04-21-2019 at 09:41 PM. |

My PP earnings took a nosedive in Diamond. Felipe Vazquez was my top earner with only two achievements (1000PP for a save streak and 100PP for a 1-2-3, Struck out the side achievement). Meanwhile Ty Cobb got 14 achievements throughout the season but only totaled 950PP.
Hoping for an improvement next season as I think the next season in Diamond should be slightly easier with some big teams promoted up to Perfect.

Won my Iron League in second season. Can't claim much expertise ... I got Randy Johnson 2001 (100) and Bob Feller 1946 (98) in packs, one in a Gold pack and one in a Bronze pack. Spent 99 cents between seasons 1 and 2 for PP, but otherwise FTP. I'm thinking I need to sell one of Johnson/Feller so I'll have PP to play with after promotion.

Hats off to the Chelsea Catfish ... an 88-win team that took two straight games from the Spearfish Blackhawks in the Championship Series.
I don't think you could ask for more against such a superior team.
