Is there a way to have the game (OOTP) automatically load the proper team logos, caps and jerseys?

I have a ton of teams in my baseball universe which includes many international teams, high school teams (about 700 or so) and college teams (about 350). That said and as you can imagine, I have a ton of team logos and uniforms that i need loaded to represent those teams. I know how to load all logos and jerseys manually by going into the league/team settings and selecting them from a list or auto loading them by pressing 'auto load'. I want to know if there is a way to have the game load them when loading your saved game. I have tried putting all logos and caps and jerseys into the logo/ballcap/jersey folders, but that still wont load them. I also check the box to run check for all correct logos, etc. when i load a saved game. That still does not work. Is there another way or am I missing something? Thank you.
