Letter Grades For Ratings?
The default is 1-20, you can also do 1-10, 1-100 and the 20-80 grading systems.
So how about an option to use letter grades? A, A-, B+, etc., all the way down to D, D- and F. (I went to Catholic school so they never gave a E.) I've always like the letter grade system best. |

So would a players potential show as "A" and his current as say "C"?
Not knocking the idea, but not realistic and personally I'd never be able to wrap my head around looking at school grades for scouting baseball players. |

I think that's the general idea. I think it's a neat option, but I don't think I'd use it either.

Some of the older versions of BM used this, before it evolved into their current 40ish-100 system.
The overall effect was to reduce granularity: IE- a 93 or 96 player would both be ranked A. It seems there are plenty of options to do that already. That said, it does no harm. I wouldn't mind seeing it, though not sure how often I'd use it outside of say a dynasty where I wanted to rank players. |

So you want it to be... 1-13?
Changing numbers to letters is as meaningless as changing letters to numbers if it only means the same thing.

I wouldn't use this myself, but I don't see why not. It's just another ratings scale, so it would be easy to implement.
