Human Manager Rep?

Started a save as Greenhorn, and only able to find jobs in England. Fast forward five years, and my rep is still Greenhorn, and I can still only find work in the EPL and EIHL?

Please tell me you will be able to raise your rep and progress up the ranks.

Unless things have changed don't think rep works yet.

In one of the previous versions I was able to improve my reputation. I started as greenhorn in England too and after several years I was able to apply for jobs in QMJHL/OHL/WHL and maybe ECHL, I'm not sure. I haven't tried it much further though because there was a problem with player generating back then and teams in junior leagues were almost unplayable.
