Throwing yourslef into the game is the best way to learn as far as my experience goes. I still find certain concepts challenging... such as waiver, DFA's, and Free Agency but I find if I ask I generally get a multitude of responses.
Playing in online leagues also accelerates the learning process I found.

I've just joined my 1st online league, which I have to admit, I am really looking forward to. I'm hoping to gain some valuable experience & learn as much as possible from the veteran onliners
