The Raccoons somehow finished 16 games ahead of the Arlington Cowboys and managed to take a 2-0 lead in the DS, but then lost 3 straight. Congratulations to the Cowboys! I knew we'd need to get lucky to get past them, but I guess our luck ran out.
Nevertheless, it was a very good season for the Raccoons. Some highlights: Keeler might get his 2nd straight MVP. He hit .378, .972 OPS and led in WAR. We won 124 games, our most ever. We've also averaged 116 W over 9 perfect seasons. After not having any achievements over 1k for a couple of seasons, we got a 6k and 4k achievement. Our bullpen ERA was #1 which doesn't usually happen for us. The addition of Hubbell no doubt helped here, since I was able to put Seaver in the pen.

Rebs move back to Silver after rallying from an 0-2 hole and winning the next three games 7-4, 5-3, 5-3 against the Montreal Expos!

Colonels go down quietly in 5 games. It's a familiar pattern.

Saints go into the Worlds Series after an epic fight with the Kansas City Aces. Very cool team with super elite pitching and a star studded cast of Negro league players. Really cool team.

Was hoping to meet you there but got down 3 games to none, only to battle back and then lose in game 7 of the LCS on the other side.

The Negro League set is the best thing that they've released.

Rebels lost the LCS in seven, including a 1-0 stink job in Game 6, in which Whitey Ford pitched a 3-hitter for the opposition, and then a Josh Hader meltdown in Game 7, turning a 3-1 win into a 4-3 loss in the ninth inning.
Well, I know ONE card that is going to get shredded ...

A disappointing end of season for Doha as they lost game 7 of the WS against the Chico Bail Bondsman. It was a very good season and we'll be back next year for another run.
Perugia lost quietly in 6 games in the Conference finals against a vastly superior team. Very good season for them too.

George Foster 86 OVR just keeps getting better and better the higher we go up. He swatted 48 HR for me in Diamond this season!

Dang it, another year in the silver playoffs, another fail. At least I won a game this time but lost the division series 1-3. My bullpen only allowed 1 run in the playoffs (and it also had the lowest bullpen ERA during the season), so I guess we're good in that area

I've made the playoffs every year but one with my top team...finally won a championship now! I had just about given up on doing well in the playoffs too.
