Obviously I'm stoked to have Cobb win MVP but that's nuts

After a 100 win season for the White Tigers, not a single award. Second place in the Cy Young though. I'm constantly getting second place in MVP and Cy Young votes, I've been to 3 championships, and the only things I've actually won are reliever of the year awards and the odd platinum stick.
Black Panthers had it even worse, not only no awards, but the only mention of any of our players was 5 points for Ernie Banks to finish tied for 20th in the MVP. And we went to the conference championship! Last edited by Warhawk; 04-15-2019 at 01:45 AM. |

Actually this makes it really easy, start Judge in right, Pederson in left, Bellinger at DH, and then decide whether I want to start Eaton (avg) or Conforto (power) in center. Probably Eaton since he's the marginally better fielder there now and have Conforto as the outfield backup. Last edited by Warhawk; 04-15-2019 at 02:04 AM. |

So Ty Cobb:
led the conference in runs, hits, stolen bases, batting average, and WAR. Slash line of .347/.401/.507 with 54 doubles, 6 triples, and 13 home runs. 80 RBIs. 87 stolen bases (caught stealing 20 times) and an OPS+ of 137 with a WAR of 7.6. Jose Ramirez with 6.0 WAR and Orlando Cepeda with 5.8 WAR were the next best. Walter Johnson: Led the conference in Wins, ERA, Ks (TRIPLE CROWN), WHIP, HR/9, and WAR. He had a 21-8 record over 33 starts. 29 Quality Starts. 1.81 ERA, 261 Ks, 0.90 WHIP, 0.2 HR/9, 1.5 BB/9, 9.9 K/9. An ERA+ of 239. FIP was 2.04 with a FIP- of 47. WAR and rWAR were nearly identical. 10.8 vs 10.9. The next best pitcher was Jacob deGrom with 6.5 WAR and Dave Righetti with 6.4 WAR. Insane. Johnson was robbed.

I've been recording each achievement that I've received. Not sure why, kinda hoping I could get some cool stats at the end of it. But here's where my team lies right now through the first three seasons.

My Xtreme won the G 305 WS for their second title in 3 seasons. Bob Gibson won the pitcher award with Eckersley winning the reliever award. Richie Ashburn won the batting title and the CF Gold Glove.
Both of my FTP teams missed the playoffs this season but both were improved from when they made it last season. We know we are on the right track. It just takes longer with our "small market teams."
