Changes to Roster Size and DL Length

For example, if I was to change the length of the 15-day DL to 12 days, it should be referred to in game as the "12 day DL," not the "15 day DL." Similarly, if I changed the size of the 40 man roster to 45, it should be referred to in game as the "45 man roster."

The first one is already in play. The second I'm not sure why it's not.

Also if person is out for like 2 Weeks needs to be put on DL. If we have it set at 30 a person still could go on 15 day DL.
