No Trade Clause and Team Salary Cap

If like Wade Davis has a no Trade clause can't be Trade without Waving it and Iv'e seen him Traded but maybe because have Trades Very Easy to happen.
Also Davd Glass wants me to resign Cueto but can't.

players can choose to waive their No Trade Clause. i get it all the time in my game with my custom players. When i edit my players every January i always give them a no trade clause and i still get players traded away then i tend to reverse the trade.

Also Untouchable doesn't work either because people who are on it still get Traded and in real life the Royals aren't Trading Davis today and might try and resign Cueto.
