OOTP 15 or 16: Undock sections of the screen to be able to rearrange them

Okay this may sound strange but most of the time I don't care about the biography of the person. What I want to be able to do is undock the window, move it to a different tab(Say the Players' BNN Home Page) and replace that section of the player profile with something else, say maybe more stats or his scouting reports. What i want to be able to do switch around the GUI, say I want the stats to be center screen and take up most of it. I will undock the Stats section at the bottom of the player profile, resize and place it center screen where I can see the stats there. I will also move the player name/ratings to the space left by the stats section. Or maybe I want to see the player's salary at the front of the homepage and I don't really care about the player's Potential rating, groundball % that much. I will undock the section that lists the player's contract info and move it into the first page, resize a few of the windows on the profile to make it all fit properly.

You know what I mean. May take a bit of programming but it would make it really convenient to be able to switch around sections to see the information I want to see without having to make a few extra clicks.
