Shouldn't this forum be in the OOTP15 section?

Nope - Once 15 comes out a forum titled "Suggestions for OOTP 16" will be added. This is how it's always been done in the past.

I know it's how it's been done in the past, but right now the suggestions are split between this forum and OOTP15 General Discussion.

Yep, same thing happens every year.

About 15 minutes after the OOTP15 Forum opened I asked why all the suggestions were being posted there and not here. People post on these forums wherever they think the post will get the most attention, and not necessarily in the correct forum.

The way I handle it is, I post suggestions and ideas in the Suggestions forum, but if I'm asking about a new feature or whether or not something will be included, I post that in the new version's forum.
