Editing historical rotation size - which text file?

I'm having a very hard time finding the text file where I can edit the sizes of historical rotations. I'm pretty sure it's out there somewhere because my rotation size for 1875 in OOTP19 is 3 starting pitchers, whereas it's still 1 starting pitcher in OOTP18. My suspicion is that I edited it in OOTP19 but can't find that parameter now.

I don't think you did. I believe that was a change made between versions. Every sim I run has 3 sp beginning in 1875 and I know I have not edited a thing.

there's a setting in Stats and AI that controls starting pitcher recovery time-- not the modifier, though. although that would also have it's own effect on the subject of stamina.

i don't know which setting is best for a 3-man rotation. either load up a basic default historical league from a time with the same # of SP in rotation and look at that setting. or, advance a few days and see which setting results in a 2 off-day recovery time period and pitch on 3rd with 92-100% recovery etc. this second method liekly takes less time, but you'll have to crash the program or use a restored temporary backup to avoid simming forward with your league, which would be back to the longer time frame. just crash it after simming forward and when you reload it will revert to last saved point.
