In game sound
Is there any way to tweak the volume for the in-game sounds? When a batter strikes out, most of the time the call is nice and clear but sometimes the "strike three" call is so faint as to almost be lost in the background crowd noise. Also, is there any way, short of turning off in-game sounds, to lose or turn off that annoying Take Me Out to the Ballgame organ music for every 7th inning stretch? That one always comes through loud and clear, especially late at night while everyone else is sleeping!

To remove the 7th inning stretch sounds... find the ootp19 main folder, next find and open the sound folder. After that remove the sound files entitled stretch1.ogg. stertch2.ogg and stretch3.ogg. That should do it.
As a safety precaution, I'd suggest you make a back-up copy of the sound folder first. That way you can revert back to it if you want to use it again in the future. |

Removing the 7th Inning Stretch from a baseball game is like removing the cream filling from a Twinkie.

It gets really repetitive in a 162 game season
