Shibe Park

Here is Shibe AL & NL. I had to go back to the original Silvam's and start from scratch with the crowd in order to get it work. Basically had to re-scale the park because it was about 5 times to small (getting the grid to fit was a lot of fun!). I also had to remove part of the stands behind home plate to get a half way decent wide view. I am not sure why the crowd shadows are kind of wonky. I think it either has something to do with the re-scaling or the shader files in the game. I will try an refine it at a later date.

Wow! These are coming along in fine, fine form. Great stuff, adion! I'm not going to know what to do next version now.

I know there will be changes. Hopefully, Silvam's parks and my 3D Crowds will still work.

Your work is exceptional, adion. Do you have any idea how many more stadiums you plan to do? I'm thinking about adding them to my historical ballparks file when I update it for OOTP18.

My quest is to do all of Silvam's historical parks. How long depends on how may problems I encounter, e.g. Busch II!

I am glad you appreciate and use them!

Jack Murphy

Here is Jack Murphy Stadium 81-97 & 98-03. I also updated and re-upload 69-80 because I changed the background to get rid of the transparent buildings.

Colt and 2 Comisky's

Here is Colt field and Comisky 1910-59 & 60-90

My intent is, after/if, I finish all Silvam's parks is to split them up into 3 or 4 zip groups.

There are 75 Silvam's historic parks. I have done 47. That leaves 28 to do including Busch II which I have problems with because there is no Sketchup file with it. I have asked Silvam for some help with that one.

adion, could you check your Fulton County Stadium folders. I noticed that the files marked "1966" are in the folder with the later dates. I'm wondering if these should be in the folder with the earlier dates.

Also, the Wrigley Field 79-82 folder has files labeled 1938. Is this correct?

I put those parks in those folders based on the 716 on the fence which went up sometime in 1974. At least that is what I found on line. The parks are basically the same except for the signage. Of course, you can adjust the dimension and weather in the game for whatever year you are playing. You can also rename the files to fit your needs. I just assigned Silvam's parks to periods the best I thought they fit.

Okey-dokey. Just wanted to make sure the files weren't flip-flopped to the wrong folders. Thanks.

If you look at Silvam's Wrigleys, the 38 and 79 versions are basically the same. The only difference that I could see was the 38 had a brown outfield wall and the 79 had a green wall and the green outfield background for the batters. I put them in those two periods because I know there was no green outfield background in days of yore! I seem to remember Silvam posting something about not being able to find a good model to base an old Wrigley on.

I try to place these in eras as best as I can based on what I can find on line. I may screw some of them depending how many IPAs I have whilst doing this! Lots of IPAs trying to get Busch II to work but to no avail!
