Why are players so unhappy

Just like the title says, in todays game being 19YO and being send down is a norm and players while disappointed expect this for the most part and i shouldnt have a minor league team full of unhappy 19YO.

Now if i was 28 and been in the league 6 years then yes i might get mad,

My 2 starting goalies have been unhappy for insufficient playing time the whole season so far also. Ive played 37 games and 1 goalie has played 27 and the backup 10 but they have both remained unhappy since the start of the season.

Every single time I play with the Habs Carey Price is unhappy about playing time but he is playing 65-75 games per season. I tried playing him every game once just to see, still not happy. Tried playing him less, nope not happy.

..this happens in every game - every goalie who doesn´t play at least 70% of the games is unhappy, even if it´s a 3.0 tender

The expected icetime depends mainly on the player's team role. With 65 games he should be pleased, even if the goalie is a key player. Does this happen in the first season?
In my test game Price has 62 gp and he is not unhappy. It would be very useful, if you could upload a save.

type in ftp://ootpsupport.com/incoming/fhm/saved_games/ into "run" or search bar and then click on "view" on the task bar and the select "open in ftp"

Dont know what you guys got goin on but if it cant be done in 2 minutes by everybody it should be redesigned. Ive messed with it and messed with it to long, got other things to do so maybe get a save from one of these other guys having the same issue.
