The way i would recommend doing it is this:
1. create a folder on your desktop or My Documents labeled 1936
2. Create subfolders for each team
3. put any images of logos/stadiums/caps/uniforms into them
4. for stadiums, Be in Commish mode, and go to Team Option & Ballpark Info from each teams drop down menu.
5. Go To edit ballpark
6. edit the info as you want it, suggest using Gambo's 2011 seating chart which has the dimension and factors of each ballpark. it's on Padresfan.

Note:I forgot for historical leagues ballpark dimensions and factors should be accurate.

Is there a repository for all ballpark images like the one you posted for Ebbets field or are there only one's with photo's like the one's in Gambos?

are there other photo sets? yes just check on Padresfan. 2k10 has some older parks and Padresfan has a set of photo stadium sets also. But Gambo has the most extensive set.
