Am I missing something? I cannot open any .png files. My preview (Mac) says it is either corrupted or a file Preview does not recognize.

I have a MAC and have had this issue too. It's the browser. I used to use Firefox all the time for these "save as" files and just recently (2 months ago) it quit working, showing the file not recognized. I switched to Safari (MAC user friendly) and have had zero problems. This happened a couple years ago to me also with the same results. So I'll always use Safari now and forget about Firefox.

Not to go necro or anything, but could we someday get a uniform to go with the Minneapolis Ferrets logo, tx?

I finally got my league up and running and completed the 1914 season. Now I've had some promotions and some teams without logos are in my leagues for which I already had all the logos. So I'm back at the research with more neat photos from yesteryear.
First up, the Danville Tobacconists, champions of the Piedmont League, joining the Southern Association. http://cdn.loc.gov/service/pnp/bbc/1000/1060/1065fv.jpg http://cdn.loc.gov/service/pnp/bbc/1000/1060/1066fv.jpg Next, the Pensacola Snappers, champions of the Cotton States League, joining the South Atlantic League. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pensacola-Sn...-/351675063219 The Terre Haute Highlanders/Tots, champs of the Central League, are joining the American Association. http://sports.mearsonlineauctions.co...d9722b_lg.jpeg The Grand Forks Flickertails played amazing baseball all season, going 97-57, and ran away with the Northern League and will now join the Western League. Here's the 1899 team: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CgapBLSUEAAEtiQ.jpg And here's a more modern version, from the 30s: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Douglas-Gent...-/231917755162 The St Marys Saints, a team that in the real world only played one season in the Interstate League, of course won the league and were promoted in my universe. Unfortunately, I cannot find any pictures of this team, so I am asking for help. Here's their B-Ref page: http://www.baseball-reference.com/bu...._Marys_Saints I also did a little more research on the South Atlantic League teams I had listed earlier... Here's the Savannah Colts, including Shoeless Joe Jackson, from 1909: http://www.blackbetsy.com/imagefarm/...ah1909team.jpg Here's Shoeless Joe warming up in the Savannah sweater: http://www.blackbetsy.com/imagefarm/jj-savannah-3.jpg And here's an unbelievable portrait of Joe and two teammates with their companions: http://www.blackbetsy.com/imagefarm/...1909-clean.jpg Here's the Charleston Sea Gulls. SALS apparently stands for South Atlantic League Seagulls. http://68.media.tumblr.com/68aebc5a7...krfo4_1280.jpg I personally prefer these old baseball card portraits: http://www.vintagecardtraders.com/vi...6/t206-367.jpg http://www.vintagecardtraders.com/vi...6/t206-172.jpg I know that you have done a previous version of the Jax Beach Sea Birds, but there was a team in the 1900s and 1910s called the Tarpons and I found this picture. It's a little frustrating because who knows what is going on with the logo on the breast, but its high quality. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...f4660f4b3c.jpg The Augusta Tourists, two uniforms: http://www.tradingcarddb.com/Images/.../0/0-100Fr.jpg http://www.tradingcarddb.com/Images/...-3757845Fr.jpg Columbia Skyscrapers/Comers: http://l7.alamy.com/zooms/73626abbdb...-sc-d5nh5h.jpg This is the only photo I can find for the Albany Babies/Nuts, the team Ty Cobb broke in with. The guy in the back standing on the right with the A in a diamond could be an Albany player, as this photo was taken when Cobb was back visiting. https://southcarolina1670.files.word...12/01/cobb.jpg Any other help on any of these would be appreciated. I'm interested in any feedback. Thanks in advance!!! |

TX,
Any chance I could bother you to create a league logo for one of my minor leagues. It is the KCBL, and does not require any letter designations. It is located in Atlantic Canada, so perhaps a coastal theme. Thanks in advance. Ised

Yeah it is... When I saw that old scorecard with that beaver, I just had to rework it into a logo...
