Unable to enter draft budget

I've encountered a bug I've never seen before. I just upgraded to MacOS Mojave and have turned off multithreading to avoid crashes. In a league I simulated for 100 years without GMing a team, I just took over the Chicago White Sox. On the first day of the offseason, I am unable to enter any numbers into the "Draft Budget" line on the Front Office>Player Development screen. The screenshot is after I typed "3900000" into the box; clearly, that's not what showed up.

I can enter numbers on the Front Office>Finances page, so I can set my scouting and player development budget numbers, but I believe this is the only screen on which I can enter a draft budget, so I'm stuck unless this can be fixed.

You can enter a draft budget using the widget on the finances page - it should be the same control as here.

Do you have any budget restrictions - ie. are you already over budget? If you have no budget room left, then we might zero it out unless if you can clear up other room, and the display is being a little weird.

Thanks, Matt! I think it's just being a little weird on the screen I captured above. The widget on the finances page let me enter my budget number, only zeroing it out when I hit "Enter" (yes, the team I just took control of is way over budget). So other than weirdness, I think this is all good.
