GM-only mode, player complains about playing time
I'm playing as a General Manager only and am getting complaints from players about playing time. Is there any negative thing happening to the player's mood because I'm unable to deal with his complaint? Shouldn't these sorts of things go to the manager and not make it to the GM level?

I mean I could pull a Moneyball and trade the players blocking him from playing, but I don't want to do that.

Well, he's upset at his playing time, so he wants to complain to someone. At least getting the note you're now aware there could be issues, so it's up to you whether you care or want to fix it.

I'm still can't help but laugh my ass off when you see the chair go flying out of the office into the picture on the wall.
Also I think force start is an option even as GM. I had to use it to keep a guy from being used as my 5th starter, and instead as a reliever. |

Oh snap, I didn't even take that close of a look at that. That's actually quite cool.
Guess I might have to throw a few chairs... |

In my head I see myself going down to the skippers office, closing the door, and quietly saying, "start X at SS, Y at 3rd, and Z in CF, or I will make your life a living hell. Lets have a great game tonight, OK!!!" FYI the butcher at 2nd broke his knee cap in the opening game of the season and is out for five months. Funny how problems sometimes fix themselves.
