16 Team Custom Playoffs Bug

In league settings if you go into custom playoffs with 16 teams it defaults to the following orientation:

1 vs 16

8 vs 9

3 vs 14

6 vs 11

2 vs 15

7 vs 10

4 vs 13

5 vs 12

The two 4v13/5v12 should be swapped with the 3v14/6v11 to be an appropriately formatted 16-team playoff tree.

First reported ten years ago, and has not yet been fixed. I suppose now is as good a time as any.
