Auto Play Until: Crash

The game crashes in Sand Box mode when I select " Auto Play Until : Sept 28 2016 " ( pre season starts ). I have started the Auto Play on different dates in Aug 2016 and the same result happens...crashes before the 9/28/16 date.

( Apologies in advance if this has been noted; I searched topic threads and decided to post this specific crash ).

It does not crash here. Did you do anything else then simulating, maybe edit something? And does it always crash on the same day?

It always crashes on the same date: 9/1/16. I have noticed that the simulation " speed " on Aug 31/16 seems to be slower than the previous dates.

I had done some player editing in Commissioner mode and the game crashed ( yesterday and previous beta version ). I restarted the game in Commish mode WITHOUT editing today and it still crashed on 9/1/16.

Not sure if this is relevant , but I remember a similar issue with FHM (1) too.
If memory serves me, it was resolved.

Ok, strange. I don´t have that crash with your save. Can you do a test for me: can you start the same game but with just the NHL/AHL selected and see if you can sim past that date?

Can you run a random historical game and see what happens?

I just restarted game and Auto-play until: specific date of 08/30/16. No issue there. Then I used " Finish Today " and it still crashes at 9/1/16.

And what is the last thing on the screen you see?

Yes, there is a report after the game crashes and its the last screen I see.

I started every game as GM of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The report is a bunch of " computer type, " language ( sorry, not sure what the proper term is ).

Would insufficient RAM cause the crash ? When the game is running with no background programs, my computer uses 2.0-2.1 RAM of my 4GB system.
