Cannot start either mode - crash (MacOS Sierra)

Every time I try to start the game, the whole program crashes and shuts down. I have tried sandbox and PtG. I select the leagues, put in my GM info (name, birthdate, etc) and click start game. It goes through the menus (setting up junior leagues, etc) and then crashes before getting to the actual game.

I don't know if this info helps you, but here is the start of the error log:

Guys, I'm having serious problems with getting this game to work on my system. I still have been unable to open/start any kind of game. Same things happening as in original post. When I reopen the program, I can select "load" and it brings up every game I attempted to start, but when I try to load them, the same thing happens. I haven't made it to the main franchise interface once yet.

I know this is the beta, so I'm trying my best not to get frustrated!! haha

look on the brightside..alot of us are getting a month in, putting alot of work into a game that just starts shuts down...just think how great it will be when that is fixed...believe me its well worth waiting for from what ive been able to get to

Thanks This sort of stuff is why we needed to have the open beta. I know Sebastian and Malte and Jeff are doing all they can to track down and fix any of the errors that are reported.

Do you select all leagues or just a few? And do you take over a team or not?

If you take over a team, could you please test and start a game with only the NHL/AHL selected and start unemployed?

Crashes after setting league up

Hi I am having the same problem once I have set my leagues up with sandbox historical and path to glory I get the message Franchise Hockey Manager has stopped working and this is with Windows
I know it's beta mode so I am not annoyed but thought I should let you know I having this issue as well

I had been using all leagues and taking over a team. I just tested started with only NHL/AHL and unemployed and I got the same results. Something weird happening, still haven't been able to start a game.

What is the last thing you see on the screen? Maybe you can do a screenshot and upload it here?

Can't get a screen shot cause it happens so fast, but the last thing I always see is the "Please wait..." box and it says "Loading player faces" (or "face data" or something) and the status bar is full and says 100%. But it always comes up with the "face" line at 100% and immediately crashes...every time.

Did this help at all? Any ideas?

I saw that you posted what appears to be the last update...and I am still unable to start a game. I'm assuming I will be given a refund if this isn't fixed??

I'll remind the guys you're still having trouble - but yeah, if it turns out to be some kind of unfixable incompatibility with your system or something similar, we'd definitely give you a refund.

One thing I notice in the trace file is that you use a window but your resolution is not big enough for it. Could you please make sure to have the newest version installed, start it and send me the trace file?
