Milwaukee Brewers Dynasty
So I have toyed with the idea of doing a dynasty since the game came out but never thought I would have what it takes to stay faithful to updating. But I haven't seen any posted for the iOOTP version.
To make the season as realistic as possible I made a few changes to my opening day roster. Demoted: Mike McClendon, RP Jason Jaramillo, C Taylor Green, 3B Promoted: Tim Dillard, RP George Kottaras, C Cesar Izturis, SS This makes the opening day roster what the Brewers had to open the 2012 season. Now I just hope my bullpen does a lot better then IRL. They sunk the Crew this year. Here's to hoping I can change the present. Last edited by Wisnoodles; 09-28-2012 at 08:13 PM. |

Sorry I had to delete my first start to this dynasty, here we go again. The owner expects us to be in the playoffs this year again but it will be a tight race as the NL Central is loaded with talent from with hot competition coming from the Reds, Pirates and reigning WS Champion Cardinals. The Brewers are out to prove they still have what it takes after losing Prince Fielder in the off season to Detroit and free agency. The bullpen is a concern and the bench, however the starting pitching is still strong and intact as well as most of this potent offense.

Game 1: vs. St. Louis Cardinals W 4-2
Yovanni took the hill dominating St. Louis today going 8 innings and striking out seven and giving up only 1 hit before John Axford picked up his first save of the season. Ryan Braun led the offensive attack with a double and home run. Good start to the season taking down the champs. Greinke to start for the Crew next game. |

Game 2: vs. St. Louis Cardinals L 3-1
Lance Berkman hit a two run shot in the six to prove to be the difference maker. Braun stayed hot for the Brewers getting an RBI double in the top of the 9th but it was too little to late as the Cardinals took the second game of the series 3-1. |
