First year player draft issue

I LOVE this game. Saying that, I seem to have encountered a bug in the First year Player draft. It seems every season the MR (middle relievers) have most of the potential and the rest of the positions do not have much potential at all. Has anyone else seen this in their games? Is this considered a bug?

The way it is, but not the way it should be. With all the draft coverage we are seeing and will see in the next couple of days, I don't see any MR on the board.
Current Draft top 10 from MLB.com

1. Garrit Cole - RHP - "Looks and Throws like a futuer Ace."
2. Anthony Rendon - 3B - " Plus hitter with plus power.."
3. Danny Hultzen - LHP - "A lefty with plus stuff. Top of the rotation guy.."
4. Dylan Bundy - RHP - "Futur potential as a frontline starter.."
5. Bubba Starling - OF - "Five tool player..."
6. Trevor Bauer - RHP - " Tim Lincecum like in delivery and size.."
7. Taylor Jungman - RHP - "Texas Longhorns Ace..."
8. Jed Bradley - LHP - " Andy Pettitte sort. Futur workhorse.."
9. Francisco Lindor - SS - "Plus defense with outstanding range.."
10. Sonny Gray - RHP - "He has the stuff to pitch near the top of the rotation.."

Notice anything missing? Notice anything else? Does this top ten resemble any top ten you have seen in iOOTP or even OOTP ?

One of my biggest issues with the game is that the draft is unevenly skewed. I understand that every year there isn't a bumper crop of prospects( in RL ), but never as low as I have seen in the game.

BTW I looked through the top 20 on MLB and 14 are starters and none are relievers.

actually that looks just like the drafts I get. Its filled with MR but the first round and especially the top 10 have batters with really good potential and starting pitchers too. so ya........

relievers don't get drafted early in iootp either. the top 10 in iootp NEVER has a reliever in the lists the game gives to me. they just have high ratings and potentials because... well compare the ERAs of top closers to top starters. that IS the way it should be.

Also note that many think Sonny Gray will turn into an elite closer rather than SP.
