Iootp crashing - Stock on the same inning

I'm playing my 3rd season and right now i'm stuck on one inning and i can keep playing on that inning and it never end.

I'm still on the 1st inning, 30 runs, 58 outs, and only one player keeps batting.
I have tried anything but nothing and i don't want to loose my season.

You guys have any clue how can get out of this.

From now on we can call this the Groundhog Day Bug.

This just happened to me. My batter made an out to end the inning, then I got a text so i viewed it and when I went back into the iOOTP app, it had to reload, brought me to the main menu, clicked continue, clicked resume game, and here we are.

I've been slumping BAD recently but now I have Jose Reyes up with the bases loaded full of Reyes and unlimited outs. Tempted to cheat a bit

Hope I didn't corrupt this league, I'm in August with the top record

ALSO: I grounded into a double play, so now I only have runners at second and third, but I still have unlimited outs. I'm on the road, top second, was up 2-0 before the glitch, playing in August, MLB game.

Iv'e run into the same problem. I'm in 2013 and can't get out of the inning. If I try to sim the game it crashes. Would be gutted to loose the game since I'm fielding a fantastic team ...
