Does this version evolve the stadiums in terms of capacity as the league progresses through time?

Rumor is next years will have some kind of custom stadium building thing. Not sure if its just a tool or if its integrated in like a storyling owner/gm/city type of thing.

no. the game insists on leaving on league evolution which could make the Yankees turn into the Witchita Rabbits, but something realistic like stadiums, it does not
