Keeping Track of Team with minors

My Tarheel Baseball League is set up now and I want to ask some of the more experienced players a simple question.

What is the best way to keep track of your team's players in OOTP when you have minors (In my league I have majors, AAA,AA,A,and rookie?

What pages do you bookmark?

Do you keep anecdotal records of your team in excel, word , paper, or use the notes that you can make within ootp?

I know this might be a dumb question but I have found several pages that I think are useful I just want to make sure I'm streamlining this process. I'm planning on playing most of the games for the major league club and simming the minors but being in control of everything for all leagues.

Any other advice would be appreciated.

If you want to follow specific prospects, I'd say the best idea is to create a shortlist called "Prospects"
