Pitcher fatigue

So my #1 starter throws 75 pitches 5 days ago. 3 days go by. He then throws 3 pitches in relief on day 4. Now it is his turn in the rotation again. He has a stamina of 75. His exhaustion level for this start is at 16%? Seriously? How?

This is not a bug.

Because you have him set to SP even a relief appearance will involve an extensive warm up and result in fatigue just as if he's starting a game.

im sorry but...he threw 3 pitches. Regardless of his extensive warming up period, that shouldn't require 3 days to recover from. If he was bumped down to perhaps 80% I might find that more reasonable, although I think thats a bit extreme, but an 84% penalty?

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing, merely stating that's how it's designed to work.

For what its worth, it appears that they have also changed how fatigue works in 20. Relievers now recover fatigue much slower than they ever did in 19.

all of my relievers are constantly at an exhausted level of fatigue and there is nothing unusual about how many relievers i have or how they are used
