"Don't fire me" option.

Please add a "don't fire me as GM no matter how lousy I am" option.

In hockey, we call that a Glen Sather option.

To me, a "can't get fired" option is an essential part of a sports management sim. I want to manage my local team, not some other team. Building a team at my own pace, in my own way, is what I like to do.

We have a minor league hockey team here in Cleveland, and I would love to manage them in this game.

Actually, I have not followed hockey since I was a teenager. I don't even remember the rules. I don't even know how many players are on a side!

But I will buy any text-based sports management sim that is as customizable as OOTP Baseball.

Well, depending on when you last saw a game, I can tell you they don't have the rover position any more!!

But seriously, a "Don't fire me" option would be a useful feature. Certainly for the more casual user or those learning the game.

I'd like the ability be able to set my own budget too. With that and Don't fire option it really puts you into an Owner/GM Mode....just like some the old days
