Too many two-way players?

Just a quick observation. I'm looking at the draft pool and it seems like way too many players are two-way.

I get the fact that these guys are young, but by age 18 or 22, the vast majority of players should have their positions (and attributes subsequently) clearly defined.

Along these lines, is it possible to get an option to tweak the amount of two-way players? Like how we can adjust dev speed, aging, etc.

Are you playing fictional or standard MLB game? Bc IRL two way players are common in HS and ncaa
