More Problems with Expansion Scheduling
My universe underwent expansion via dynamic evolution during the last off season. I had a number of problems with that, things I worked through prior to migrating from 13 to 14. Anyway, things seemed to be working recently through spring training.
However, I now find myself at opening day -- and discovered that the entire season for my MLB consists of 2 AL games on opening day, and nothing else! Is there anything I can do now to fix this? I just read the discussion from itsideal's post on getting a schedule after his expansion, but I've made a different problem for myself. Any suggestions? |

No comments, no suggestions, so here's what I'm doing.
1. Restore from backup which returns me to the off season. 2. In pre-season I'll make sure that I generate a new schedule -- and I'll check all my minor leagues, though they didn't seem to have a problem before. (Not even those that expanded to support the major league expansion.) I'm losing about 3 months out of my universe with this, and a few days of real time with my game, but hey, I'm retired so I have nothing but time. And I've learned (again) a valuable lesson. Take nothing for granted unless you are willing to risk paying for some of your assumptions down the road. |

Well, I was going to suggest reverting to a backup and then make sure you do any schedule changes during the pre-season, but I didn't have the chance to post it earlier.
