Commissioner needing help uploading files

Hey guys,

I can't seem to upload files for a league that is starting up. I was asked to be the commissioner of it, as I had some previous experience. In the past, I was able to upload files 50% of the time. Recently, in the past few weeks, I've had no success at all.

I've inputted all the information needed in the "Online League Settings" portion. I've tried uploading with my firewall on and off. Nothing has worked. In case any of you are wondering, the error message I'm getting is "Could not connect to the FTP server!"

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to start this league up ASAP. Thanks!

Come on, someone must know. Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

That's really interesting. Have you tried reentering all the data into the online settings. Maybe something needs resetting there.

Other than that. Who is hosting your league? Did they chance policies at all?

I've never really had issues with it before. John C noted that you thought your computer was old or something, can you upload the files manually using an FTP?

Might need some more information to really get to the bottom of this.

Can you connect to the FTP server using a regular FTP client?

Yes. This is the best place to start.

I use the download functions in the game all the time, but I almost never upload stuff from inside the game. Too slow. I use an FTP client to upload the league file and the reports. I unzip the reports manually on the site. Takes way less time.
