Odd Number of Teams in Sub-League
I have a fictional league that currently has two sub-leagues, each with two divisions and each division has 7 teams - for a total of 28 teams (14 in each sub-league).
I'm wanting to expand by two teams and realign into 3 divisions per sub-league with 5 teams in each division - for a total of 30 teams overall (15 in each sub-league). However, after I edit the league structure and go into the Expansion Wizard, it tells me that I can't expand because it will result in an odd number of teams in each sub-league. Is there a way around this? Am I missing something? It doesn't seem to make sense that this wouldn't be possible since MLB currently has 15 teams in each the AL and NL. Thanks for any suggestions.

Expand before realigning, putting both teams in the same subleague temporarily.
