There are too many players in perfect leagues who don't belong there and based on their comments in this forum they would be happier in DL. I am curious if number of perfect leagues is still expanding ? If yes, then perhaps it's about the time to let it balance

If my Coney Island team manages to get by Jenkintown in the WC the prize is playing Haledon who I did not beat once this season.

Just as well, I suppose, then...unless you were saving it for the postseason.

Jenkinstown moves on with a 3-2 victory. Each team managed only 5 hits. Andruw Jones had the timely one, a home run with a man on off Tom Seaver.
Good luck to all in P417 |

Shucks, the Beer Barons found a way into the Conference championship after their 75-87 regular season campaign so all y'all who are frustrated with Perfect Leagues or the MLB playoffs format (which is kind of...), just know it can go both ways. Help or hinder...try & enjoy how coo it is to manage your own virtual team.
AC will be the Haledon Glaziers (122-40) vs. Bludhaven Robins (113-49). NC will be Bayou WhoDats (110-52) vs. Beer Barons (75-87) Best-of-7 I originally posted the results because of the one division with the 4 100-win teams and the West division with all teams under .500 and wondered how people would react to that happening in the MLB (or something remotely like it.)

P417 Championship Series
Haledon Glaziers vs. Bayou WhoDats
Neither team likely to do as poorly as 3-4 at any point but one must when confronted with the other.

Thanks.
It was nice to get revenge as he beat me last week. Selling off the perfect Lee Smith I opened to get Cap Anson was probably the biggest difference maker as Cap won League MVP and WS MVP honors.

Interesting. Nice move, Worked out. I was just reading how all the teams that ever gave up on Smith ended up regretting it. But Cap, didn't know much about him, he's certainly a player in PT2.0, though.

The Smith thing was in real life, though. Much different than auctioning his card off, I'd guess.
