Wrong birthdates + arena data

Hi! I'd like to report a few minor issues I've noticed while playing my first proper game of FHM5.

1) Chris Bodó (MAC Budapest, Svk) and Filip Novotný (HC Karlovy Vary, Cze) have wrong birthdates. Both are around 19-20 in the game, but they're in their late 20s in real life. I believe both were born in 1991.

2) The home arena of MAC Budapest (Svk) is wrong. It's not Kisstadion (that's an outdoor hockey rink), but it's Tüskecsarnok.

3) VHK Vsetín's (Cze2) arena data is a mess. It's proper name (Na Lapači) is missing completely, and the capacity is way too low. Their average attendance is also way too high and actually higher than the capacity, so they sell out every game.

4) Very minor thing -- while we're on the topic, it'd be nice if someone took a look at the average attendance data for most teams and updated them. The average attendance of some of the teams in the game is four times larger than it is in real life.
