Not sure if this is a bug, but pretty annoying.

Is it just me, or do some of you notice that the game doesn't always let you know when someone is ready to come off of the DL, particularly with the minor league DL. Would someone mind checking into this?

Thanks.

Doesn't let me know when they get injured either. If the AI would make those moves that would be OK. I think it may do that if you let minor league managers handle promotions/demotions but I can't stand how it moves the players around constantly though.

Have you signed up for news from your entire organization on the manager option screen?

Not sure if that would tell you when guys are ready to come back but it should notify you of injuries throughout your organization. At least it did in v9 IIRC.

You have to select to receive that info in the game set up.

Yes, I receive all news from my entire organization. It does let me know when a major leaguer is ready to come off of the DL..just not minor league guys. Now, I always click 'Let manager set up entire minors' and they do automatically place injured players on the DL as well as remove healthy players from the DL. It would just be nice for me to get a message letting me know when ANYONE is ready to come off of the DL.
