Just thought we could add some alternate pics to spice up the game...

Vitali's cut was one of the worst I have seen in recent memory. Rahman looked like another head was growing out of his skull. I never saw anything like that. Holyfield's hard head must have busted a blood vessel or something serious for that to happen.

I've seen Arturo Gatti bleed more than Vitali did, and they allowed the fight to continue because he was winning. Klitschko was soundly beating Lennox at the time of the stoppage, and, based on his still talking about a rematch, it obviously still bothers him. Evander was the master of the headbutt, and that definitely played a factor in the Rahman fight. I was watching the bout at a Sports Grille in Atlanta on a HUGE screen, so Rocks' hematoma looked even bigger than it would have otherwise. Kind of reminded me of a hammerhead shark.

Which fight was this? It must have been one of his wars in the mid 90's.

One fight that comes to mind is his bout with Joe Hutchinson in 2000. I would almost swear that Gatti was bleeding during the pre-fight instructions. His face was an absolute mess, but he was winning the fight, so they let it continue.
