It'll clearly have to be done much more carefully, lest you push your team too far toward the Death Line.

Or maybe moving up or down will just be common enough that it's not much bother.

I trained Mookie Betts as a LF - he was an 82 by the end of the 2nd day and settled in at 96 early in the 2nd week.
